Our founder Taralynn Rayburn, is a native Oregonian who wanted more recovery options for those in her home state. After years working in a traditional treatment environment, she decided she wanted something new and began managing a sober companion company. She fell in love with sober companion work but encountered many ethical dilemmas. This led to the inception of Sisu. Sisu is based on the promise to offer high quality, ethical care to the families they serve. We continue to have our headquarters located in Portland, Oregon. However we have Case Managers & contractors throughout Oregon, Washington and California. We have traveled and provided care throughout the country. Our goal is to help the individuals we serve create a recovery plan that is as unique as they are.

Our mission is to provide families with the tools they need on their journey to recovery. We believe that we can best treat these individuals by providing ancillary services in your natural environment
